Neck - measure around the base of your dog's neck where a collar would sit
Chest - measure around the widest part of your dog's chest, do not pull the tape tight and ensure you can comfortably fit two fingers between the tape and body
Back length - measure from the base of the neck (shoulder blades) to the base of the tail along the spine
Simply add all three measurements in centimetres at checkout and we'll do the rest.

- Personalised and handmade items take time to be made with love, please ensure you have read our terms of service regarding making times
- All items (even if not personalised) are made to order within 5-10 working days.
- Postage options are for delivery only, we offer untracked and tracked services, a faster postage option will not speed up or prioritise order making times.
- We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. Standard UK shipping is next day tracked and this is included in orders over £60.
- I’ve made an error with my order, what can I do?
We always do our best to help, but as many of our items go into production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been submitted. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible as your items will already be in production.
- What is your customs policy?
Please note that customs clearance in your country may cause delays to your delivery. Boog and Bear are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees charged by customs, these are the sole responsibility of the customer and we advise customers to make their own enquiries into charges ahead of placing an order with us. We are also unable to offer refunds if a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges.
- Where is my order?
A parcel is considered lost only after it has been in the postal system for 14 business days for UK orders and 25 business days for International orders. While most orders arrive much sooner, we are unable to make and despatch a replacement until this time has passed. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier but we will of course always recity any issues with lost or damaged orders if you contact us hello@boogandbear.com.
