For non-personalised items, we aim to despatch within 3-5 working days. For personalised items, please allow 5-7 working days for production, plus delivery time. UK standard shipping is next day tracked and free on orders over £50.

Yes - we provide tracking or reference numbers with every order. Once despatched, you'll receive delivery time, date, and GPS location upon delivery.

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@boogandbear.com before sending anything back. Personalised or custom made items are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours at hello@boogandbear.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Once we've received and inspected your return, if approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Because personalised items are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or we've made an error. Please double-check names and spellings carefully before placing your order.

Yes, we ship worldwide using Royal Mail. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. EU customers may be charged their country's destination tax rate at the point of import.

Wash inside out on a gentle, cool cycle (30°C). Avoid tumble drying embroidered items where possible, and never iron directly over the embroidery.

The adult sizes are designed with a relaxed, oversized feel - perfect for that cosy matching look. If you prefer a more fitted style, we suggest sizing down.

We recommend measuring your child's chest and comparing to the size guide on each product page. Our kids' sweaters have a comfortable, relaxed fit - if you're between sizes, size up for a little extra room to grow.

Our small team prints and embroiders your designs in-house in Worcestershire.
