- I’ve made an error with my order, what can I do?
We always do our best to help, but as many of our items go into production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been submitted. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this time, cancellations are no longer possible as your items will already be in production.

- What is your customs policy?
Please note that customs clearance in your country may cause delays to your delivery. Boog and Bear are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional import fees charged by customs, these are the sole responsibility of the customer and we advise customers to make their own enquiries into charges ahead of placing an order with us. We are also unable to offer refunds if a package is refused due to unpaid customs charges.

- Where is my order?
A parcel is considered lost only after it has been in the postal system for 10 business days for UK orders and 28 business days for International orders. While most orders arrive much sooner, we are unable to make and despatch a replacement until this time has passed. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier but we will of course always rectify any issues with lost or damaged orders if you contact us hello@boogandbear.com.
